Once the new user has been created, they will be sent the standard welcome email via Mailchimp and an account verification email from Firebase, as all users are sent.

They will also be sent an email via Airtable Automations asking them to complete a password reset, as a complex, default password is set for them which is hidden. Until this password reset is completed, they will be unable to login to Canopy House.
